With a thickness of 40 mm, the tatami mats guarantee optimal protection and cushioning during activities such as throwing, pushing, falling, and bouncing. These mats are also stable for stand-up martial arts and provide a secure grip. They prevent slipping, ensure the safe execution of kicking and throwing techniques, and are non-slip. Their core is made entirely of recycled composite foam, bonded using a special process. This means they offer an impressive lifespan of up to 15 years with regular use. The high-quality foam dampens sound and supports thermal insulation, which can lead to potential savings on heating costs in training rooms.

CONTACT mats are covered with a reinforced, closed-cell, and internationally recognized phthalate-free vinyl. The material features an antibacterial coating to protect against microorganisms. Hand-glued, water-resistant edges and a non-slip natural rubber backing provide additional robustness and stability.
