This training device allows for targeted training of the hamstring muscles in a seated position. It features adjustable thigh padding that allows you to maintain your desired training position. The footrest can be adjusted to nine different positions to individually customize the range of motion and thus find the optimal training position. The back pad can be adjusted to seven different positions to further optimize the optimal training position.
